Hello, all.  

We've had several new members of late and all of you share Sue's and my goal of getting tapping into schoools - for EVERYBODY's benefit!  I am pleased to say that I think a 'tipping point' approaches, both from all our friends' work  and successes across the globe, as well as the traumatic events here in the USA with school shootings.  How can I possibly say that?!?!  Well, through the tragedies, more and more parents, teachers and citizens are realizing that something must be done - not just in gun control, but in our responses to the lack of it; our training to deal with it, and of course, our ability to manage stress, fear and anxiety in the aftermath of tragedy.

In the first few days after the events in Newtown, one mother stepped out of the maelstrom; Scarlett Lewis.  Her incredible, heart-centered response to the loss of one of her sons, Jesse, was to create the Jesse Lewis CHOOSE LOVE Foundation.  Through her actions, we will begin to see the ripples of this choice.  Not just her philosophy toward tragedy and healing, but also her pro-active, actionable plan to open up her life to all of us, spreading the message of love and healing through the schools.  How?  By creating a compelling and robust training for schools that incorporates compassion, non- violence, emotional awareness, mindfulness, and of course our beloved EFT tapping.

Although I am already a part of the Newtown Community Trauma Release Project, I am asking you to join me in a more global fashion, supporting Scarlet and the CHOOSE LOVE Foundation in any way you can. I truly believe that the footsteps of our brothers and sisters across the globe who've brought this to schools abroad have paved the way for the rest of us.  The door is opening, little by little, and the dream begins to materialize for ALL children, everywhere. Thank you and Godspeed, Scarlett, and the many who have chosen to shine a light on the path for us to follow.
