TAPPING, our favorite and fabulous toolset, is not actually for everyone at every moment. Sometimes, it's time for emotional first-aid to manage sudden overwhelm or chronic uncertainty.
On Saturday, you CAN learn how to quickly take better care of yourself, rapidly regulate, recover and return to your resourceful state. And then you can help others do the same.
This Saturday. 3 experienced trainers in humanitarian outreach and emotional first-aid, together, in a fundraiser for Peaceful Heart.
