Baltimore! May 14th: A very exciting and innovative workshop designed for teachers, counselors, and school administrators coming.
We invite you to join us for the all-day workshop — Mind-Body Tools for Children: Effective Techniques for Trauma, Resilience, & Performance. Our panel of professional presenters include doctoral and masters level school psychologists, a school principal, and a teacher artist.
If you are ready to add effective, innovative, mind-body tools to reduce stress, improve learning and increase resilience this is a must have training. These approaches are simple and easy to implement; many of them are non-verbal; they all have rapid impact.
These evidence-based techniques can be used in both group and individual settings. They have the proven potential to help individuals to:
improve self-awareness
recognize and regulate emotions and behavior
reduce personal and professional stress
reduce academic anxiety
identify and reframe limiting beliefs
allow students to tap into their true strengths and abilities
Imagine a more productive, positive and peaceful atmosphere, where teachers and students alike can more easily reach their highest potential, using the tools and techniques revealed in this workshop! Workshop attendees will learn effective mind-body tools for managing both personal and work-related stressors, as well as how to introduce and apply these strategies in the classroom using hands-on practice.
For those that want it, we are also offering free follow-up support to maximize the implementation of these approaches. The workshop is presented by the nonprofit Association for Comprehensive Energy Psychology.
